Visitor Parking Pass/Deliveries are not printing even if the printer is installed.

Solution: You can try to have the following:

  1. Check if QZ tray was installed. If installed, try to download the latest version from their website - https://qz.io/download/, uninstall the old version and install the new one.
  2. Double check the hardware settings from Site Administration>Hardware. Make sure that the name of the printer is correct, and the Parking Passess and Package Slips were selected. You can also try to do the printer test to make sure that it is properly connected to the computer. Just click on the gear icon from the enabled printer and select Test Printer.
