Residents are not receiving the announcement.

  1. If you send the announcement to a specific user/unit group, make sure that the resident is included in that group.
  2. You can also check the profile of a resident as he/she might have muted the notification of the announcement
  3. Check if the email address of the resident is correct
  4. Advise the resident to check the spam/junk folder as sometimes the email went straight to that folder.
